You may remember seeing Sarah's story on the prime time program Big Miracles. Sarah, already a single Mum to Braxton, was on a quest to have baby number 2. With low egg count and time running out, she pursued IVF solo and was gifted with her beautiful Zariah. Zariah has had her own challenges though, including a heart defect requiring surgery at just two weeks old plus an extra chromosome meaning a diagnosis of Down Syndrome. Sarah is an absolute ray of sunshine, so it's easy to see where her little girl gets it from!
