Hi I am Kellen Roland and this is my show. I am 36 years old and have found a way to be successful in this world. Growing up bi racial in government housing the odds were stacked against me. In this show I share the stories and lessons that helped me break through. My goal is to help you break through whatever obstacle is in front of you. Wrapped in these stories there will be good times, laughter, coffee, Lakers and downright silliness. If you aren't having fun you won't find the fuel to do what it takes to thrive. HI Everyone, It's hard for me to hit publish on this episode but I feel obligated to share my thoughts. I grew up in Thousand Oaks CA and went to Agoura High school. In the same week there was a mass shooting that left 12 people killed at Borderline and thousands evacuated from Agoura, Oak Park, Malibu and the surrounding areas. As a kid we literally joked how Agoura was a bubble. That bubble was bursted last week.
