He is the owner, brewer and revitaliser of Oud Beersel, a lambic brewery founded as early as 1882.

For the second year running Stanley and his crew from Svenska Dryckesmässor, set up the Öl & Sprit Stockholm at the fantastic Stockholm Waterfront Congress Centre.

In our opinion it was a smash hit. Especially the the part that belonged to Sveriges Oberoende Bryggerier.
