Sometimes you feel like it's not worth going through the challenges or effort it takes to follow your heart. I get it, I've been there a lot! But in those moments, when you don't want to keep going I think it's actually the most important that you choose to show up. Continue showing up to remind yourself you believe in your vision, you believe in your dreams... and you trust the universe!

What is meant for you won't pass you by

If you've been going through a period of challenge and it feels like there's a never-ending stream of obstacles... don't worry, this period of time might actually be an important part of your journey. Don't give up!

Today we're talking about the period of time right before a big upgrade or breakthrough where it feels like you have to work so hard to keep growing, expanding and moving forward. It can sometimes feel like nothing is working out in your favour, but what if everything is working out in your favour and these challenges are actually to prepare you for the abundance that is about to fill your life? What is meant for you will never pass you by, so rest easy knowing that everything is working out in perfect, divine timing and all is well

How to be your biggest, brightest, most beautiful self

A while ago I saw a video of the musician Jacob Collier saying "When you are your biggest, brightest, most beautiful self, it allows others to be their biggest, brightest, most beautiful self as well".

I think about that a lot - and today is a pep talk for you if you've been feeling low, like giving up or just are in need of a reminder!

Welcome to this new space! I'm so happy to have you here. If you're reading this it means this episode and its message found you and for that I'm forever grateful. Thanks for joining me on this new journey together.

I sat down to do some channeled writing and what came to me was so clear "Surrender and set yourself free". I've found that in the moments when I tend to start thinkng so much, and trying to understand my spiritual messages... the further I end up from where I'd like to be. The key is to let go, trust and follow your intuition! That's what we're chatting about today :)
