From his early years growing up in Gunditjmara Country in Warrnambool, to now Wathaurong Country, Lowell remembers the ritual of dancing as far back as he can remember. </p><br><p>Taking the form and structure of dancing, Lowell's undeniably strong connection to country and community has allowed him to create beautiful pieces of art using only his feet.
