Depression makes it tough to function and enjoy life like you once did. Just trying to get through the day can be overwhelming. But no matter how hopeless you feel, you can get better. Here I with my friend Chandropal Parashor, have come up with the episode to understand types of low moods and depression and fight it in a layman way but successfully.
