My destiny became to stop trauma like Jesse's for other families and be the professional that remembers what it was like to be on the other end of the table. Collaboration with other fellow educators shined the crucial need for parental education, protection, and support. This podcast aligned with different brilliant minds is here to empower parents. This empowerment will heal the classroom struggle burning out teachers while negatively impacting children that deserve better. Speaking out gives our group hopes that children will thrive, surpassing their divine potential while seeing teacher burnout can finally be manageable. JAM is my three sons on the spectrum Jesse, Ammon, and Markus. I am excited to JAM with bright, beautiful, and articulate mothers that are "Speducating." We will reach as many people as possible because people don't know what they don't know if no one helps them learn.

I am Rachael, and this is my JAM.

Hosted on Acast. A mom goes to school to help her children and, along the way, discovers she can help others the way she needed it in the beginning. Joining speducators and her children it is time to get speducated!
Rachael from autism JAM or Burst here with the speducators. Like educators, but way cooler! You don't know, what you don't know until someone shares it with you. Empowering parents is the best career move for me and has become empowering for me ... I knew nothing, luckily I had family and my son's angel, his advocate, to share with me what I didn't know so that I could help my son. This episode is my chance to share and connect. I never want another child traumatized by school-leaving scars on a mother's heart. It is hard to heal from, and you deserve better than crying in the shower or closet, so your children don't hear you... We will be JAMmin, and I hope that I can give you everything I ever wanted for my son years ago. This episode, WHO DO I THINK I AM??? WHAT MAKES ME THINK? I CAN PULL THIS OFF? Also, I have seen three separate types of parents with children on the spectrum. Find out which type of parent frustrates me and how I choose to handle the situation. By the end, there will be m my take on the most frustrating parts of an IEP. What you can say to keep the educators from making you feel like an unwanted guest. I will give you those tips and more.

Hosted on Acast.
