It's often a big surprise to be finally Sale Agreed, and people panic about what happens next. There's lots of things to do at this stage. This episode takes you through the next steps:

• Paying A Booking Deposit
• Choosing A Solicitor
• Informing Your Bank / Broker
• Instructing a Surveyor
• Arranging Mortgage Protection / Home Insurance

Then I interview Suzanne Parker, from Parker Law Solicitors about choosing a solicitor, what they do for you in the sales process and how much you should expect to pay for their services.

Finally, I take you through "In Out and Away", this week we are looking at apartments for around €370,000, in Dublin City Centre, on the outskirts in Stepaside, and then Away in Bray, Co. Wicklow. And for "New Home vs Old Home" we find one of the few new build apartments available to purchase in South Co. Dublin, and compare what Old Home you would get in the same area for €650,000.

Finally, our big news of the week. The Central Bank have relaxed mortgage lending rules so you can borrow 4x your income and second time buyers can borrow up to 90% of the value of the home, up from 80% previously. We discuss the pros and cons.
