During the pandemic, the role of their walking sports clubs changed significantly to include mental health support for many of the members and he talks to us about the effect this had on him and the direction his life has taken. </p><br><p>At work, Chris leads a large team at a multinational technology organisation and is a trained Mental Health First Aider. He is passionate about great leadership and empowerment and encouragement of individuals and teams.
