			<description><![CDATA[<p>To celebrate the significant achievements and public recognition of artist Claudette Johnson&nbsp;and the wonderful news of her nomination for the 2024 Turner Prize, we are delighted to present a special episode of The Courtauld’s Podcast, #CourtauldCast.&nbsp;</p><br><p>This episode&nbsp;&nbsp;captures a conversation between Claudette Johnson MBE, artist Chantal Joffe RA and Professor Dorothy Price FBA recorded during the recent five-star exhibition&nbsp;<em>Claudette Johnson: Presence</em>&nbsp;at The Courtauld Gallery (29 Sep 2023 – 14 Jan 2024).</p><br><p>A founding member of the Black British Arts Movement, Claudette Johnson is considered one of the most significant figurative artists of her generation.
