It was a true pleasure to have Craig Bergman on this episode of the Cosmic Chats. Craig is a gifted teacher, healer (trained in several modalities), and writer, who is passionate about helping people find and express their True Voice.

I completed a 4 week Writer’s Workshop with Craig, and can attest that his approach to writing (including prompts and ancient techniques) are an incredible way to dive deeper within our own beings and have an experience of our truth while being witnessed in that truth in a safe and loving space (which he effortlessly creates). I feel grateful to have been able to experience it. The workshop was on zoom so it is open to all no matter where you live.

Often in life, we carry out past negativity like a brick-filled suitcase, or we see our childhood and conditioning as a cage from which we need to escape.

In reality, every negative situation we have gone through in this lifetime is there to transform us from the inside and manifest more of our untethered, perfect, powerful souls in this world.

As my spiritual teacher, Karen Berg, used to say, “light doesn’t come from light. Light comes out of the darkness.”

“Former neo-Nazi Yonatan Langer was born in the small German village of Erlabrunn, eventually assuming a leadership role in an East Berlin neo-Nazi group. Although he was a national karate champion and an educated professional in business administration, he realized he was unhappy. Sensing a deep need for change, Yonatan embarked on a journey searching for wisdom that would lead to becoming a Jew and making his home in Israel.

A local introductory class in Kabbalah left Yonatan with a spark of light and a sense of connection, and he continued to take classes to enrich his spiritual awareness. Through his studies and volunteering with The Kabbalah Centre, Yonatan transformed, embracing a path of tolerance, human dignity, and respect for people from all walks of life. When you celebrate that truth, you are also able to celebrate and encourage others in a real way.

The lack feeling is there to wake us up to the fact that we already are worthy, whole, loved, and complete as we are, with all of our flaws and, lacks (be they in relationships, finances, or health), and then from that vibrational place to forge ahead towards the goals you want to accomplish.

I also come from a family chocked full medical professionals of all kinds so I grew up going in and out of the hospital and around a lot of doctors, nurses, etc. Personally I resonate with the functional medicine approach. I also believe in a strong connection between mind (subconscious), body, and spirit. Last year, Batya Solomon had a near death experience during a bout with COVID-19, and thank GD, she was able to come back and tell us about it. This is a unique account of the Other Side because Batya has over 30 years of experience studying the ancient, universal wisdom of Kabbalah, and she is also a vibrant and charismatic teacher and storyteller. Batya is an instructor at the Kabbalah Centre Los Angeles who focuses on coaching and teaching about prosperity and manifestation.As many of you know, in 2018, my father and my little brother transitioned to the next world three months apart. I was very close to both of them and I was heartbroken (to put it mildly). In the months following my brother's passing, I spent a lot of my free time listening to people tell of their near death experiences on YouTube.
