Her healing work combines teachings and practices from many traditions and cultures and has a distinctive mothering style. She uses the phrase InnerHarbor® to describe the sacred space inside all of us.

Diana grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area in a family of healers, spent 15 years in an inner work school starting at age 23 and lived overseas for much of her adult life, learning from master teachers in remote places. She now lives with her family in Boulder, Colorado.

Jon Schottland is a senior trainer, therapist and writer from the U.S. with over twenty years experience in the field of Psychosynthesis. He holds a master’s degree in developmental psychology and studied under Thomas Yeomans at the Concord Institute. Jon has served as president of The Synthesis Center in Amherst, MA; he was the founding director of the Synthesis Northeast training program; and he currently teaches at the Psychospiritual Institute of Delray Beach, FL. Alice Chinn, is a certified meditation teacher, Connected Kids™ trainer, and founder of Meditation for Misfits. She is all about supporting young people to go from surviving to thriving, specialising in providing kids with mindful tools to support their mental health, especially those who don’t fit in!

Over the past 6 years, she has worked with young people facing struggles such as stress, anxiety, sleep problems, depression, low self-esteem. A lot of her young clients are neurodiverse.

She grew up wild and free in Scotland, but her adventurous spirit led her to put down roots in foreign lands as an adult. She is currently based in a wee town near Barcelona called La Floresta. She is most commonly found adventuring (barefoot) in nature ;)

Caspar's has been deeply connected to Permaculture since taking his first Permaculture Design Course C in 2000 in South Africa.

Ever since, he has been teaching in PDC’s in the Mediterranean & East and Southern Africa and has brought in more aspects of Regenerative Agriculture and Agroforestry into his work. He also works closely with the Gatherer Hunter San people in Namibia and has been teaching and expanding on his Wilderness skills for the last 15 years.

From Dinky cars to building cars, Jon Mills does Metal Work

This is a journey from early childhood and a love of cars to now creating some spectacular works of art, all out of metal. Jon Mills has been fabricating works in steel for over 40 years. His early years were spent producing sculpture and automata for speculative exhibitions and galleries, the last 15 years seeing more and more public commissions. With a preference for commissions which have a functional element, the work has included bridges, clock-towers and way-markers as well as many decorative gates & railings for civic buildings and schools.

Very often the local community (normally a school group but not always) is involved in the process. If practical, schoolchildren have been bussed to his workshop and had hands-on experience of metalworking, including plasma-cutting, forging and (the favourite), quenching the hot work in a bucket of water.

All work is carried out in his own workshop, in Brighton, East Sussex, although he will often draw specific designs to be sub-contracted out for laser cutting, which he will then manipulate and forge/ fabricate/weld together, prior to delivery to finishers for protective coatings etc.

Eartha spent her childhood with her identical twin sister immersed in mythology, shamanism, art and also deep trauma! Her path has been self healing through deeply knowing and harnessing the dark night of the soul. She initiated herself through psychedelics as a young woman.. Eventually this path led her to her shamanic teachers, mostly women.. She was 27 when she met her first teacher who taught her astral travel and lucid dreaming.. She stopped at that moment ingesting any substances and began the journey of integration of her girlhood shamanic experiences through trauma, and her young woman shamanic experiences through psychedelics.. She then began studying shamanism for her own recovery. She had two daughters and began her work with rites of passage and mending the soul of the village.. She spent most of her adult life on the road, bringing her daughters up in a beautiful wooden lorry, living an indigenous lif as much as she could. Rose Rouse a remarkable warrioress challenging ageing beliefs as a writer, dancer, editor and poet

Rose Rouse is a London-based writer/editor/poet who was born in Yorkshire and spends part of the year with her partner, Asanga Judge, in North Wales.

In 2016, she co-founded Advantages of Age – a social enterprise which challenges media stereotypes around ageing. She writes and commissions pieces for the website advantagesofage.com, edits them, and curates the FB group. In 2023, she edited an anthology of these pieces – Sex, Death and Other Inspiring Stories – the Advantages of Age handbook to getting older funkily which is now for sale. There was also the first AofA Awards Ceremony at Hoxton Hall which went down a storm.

In 2021, she was awarded an Arts Council England grant to put together the performance Dance Me To Death with choreographers, Rhys Dennis and Waddah Sinada from FUBUNATION and a group of Over-60s non-professional dancers. It took place in Kensal Green Cemetery and there is a short film which has been screened at a host of festivals.

See her next book launch book launch of Sex, Death and Other Inspiring Stories at the gallery Worldly, Wicked and Wise in Queen's Park on March 12th at 6 30pm. There will be readings by the writers including Costa Prize winner, Monique Roffey...

Attila Korbely - Shamanic Wisdom in conversation with Caroline

Attila Korbely was initiated to the Nganasan Ngamtusu’o path, the last Nomadic hunters of the Tundra Desert. His Spirit Grandfather is the famous shaman Demnime Ngamtusu’os who lived with his blind daughter Evdokia Demnimeevna who is ‘visited’ by dyamada spirit helpers of deceased relatives, animals and strangers. Lydia Akcenova is the same age as Attila. She is Demnime's direct bloodline granddaughter. Attila is his Spiritual grandson. When Demnime died, he visited Attila at the age of seven. He talks of his visible form becoming a ‘kind of western shaman’ but his spirit being from the Tundra. He is a blood relative but also an initiate of the Nganasan spirits.

His initiation started from birth, where he had to live without human touch. He studied nature sciences from a very young age. He studied ecology and became a lecturer at University of Ethology, Sociology, and Scientific Communication where he was involved in very high research. He then became a photographer for the Hungarian editorial of National Geographic. He travelled the world bringing his publications from the Artic to the Equator. His Arctic work connected him back to his initiation and the work with Siberian Tajga.

Dreams and transformation with Mick Collins

Mick has had a diverse career since leaving school aged 15-years in 1972. He has worked as a builder’s labourer, served as infantryman in the British Army for three and a half years, and between 1977-83 he travelled and worked around many parts of the world. From 1983-86 he lived in a Tibetan Buddhist monastery, where he experienced a spiritual emergency. This transformative experience eventually informed his vocation to train as a therapist.

Mick worked for many years as an NHS occupational therapist in acute mental health settings and in a specialist psychological therapies team. During this time he spent nine years training in Process Oriented Psychology. He then spent ten years working as a Lecturer and Director of Admissions within the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, University of East Anglia, Norwich, UK. Mick’s doctoral thesis (2012), along with his peer-reviewed articles and book chapters are mostly focused on the activation of our transpersonal potential and the process of renewal within experiences of spiritual emergence and emergency.

Mick is deeply interested in how our transformative experiences inspire our personal processes of individuation, as well as our collective efforts to tackle the multiple crises in the world at this time.

Mick has written three books, The Unselfish Spirit 2014 (Scientific and Medical Network book prize winner), The Visionary Spirit 2018 and The Restorative Spirit 2022 (Scientific and Medical Network book prize winner). He was Author in Profile at the 2014 Hostry Festival, and was interviewed about his work at the 2015 Hay Festival and also on Conscious TV in 2016. Mick retired from academia in 2015. Occasionally he runs workshops and speaks at events when invited. Mick lives in Norwich with his wife Hannah. He is a father and grandfather.

A delightful conversation with Nicholas Breeze Wood - Shamanologist and Artist

Nicholas has practiced shamanism for almost 40 years, combining it with the 'earthier' end of Tibetan Buddhism, as well as with 'medicine' teachings from Native North American peoples.

Drum Journey - The Spirit Animal

In this episode I share some of my own experience of the drum journey and why I offer it as part of my ongoing study groups and workshops. I use it in dance and in meditation and journey work. It has been a profound experience for me and has given me a deep connection to creativity, my soul purpose and the spirit world.

Included in this episode is a ten minute journey to assist you in finding your power animal. Please do not use this recording when driving and it is suggested that you use head phones for the drumming part.
