In the first half of this episode, Toby talks with Courtney before she attends. Despite her years of speaking experience, she struggled with anxiety before going on stage. Though appearing composed, she rated her confidence level at a mere 3/10.

Reconnecting two years on, Courtney’s transformation is astounding. Now, she rates her confidence at a 9/10 and actively enjoys public speaking. Her career has evolved—she now presents nationwide, interacting with audiences in the UK, Ireland, Scotland, and even Norway. It’s an engaging and thought-provoking conversation which looks at Courtney’s journey in developing her skills.
