Use the Feeling’s Wheel to help. </p><p><strong>05:45 BE CURIOUS about the feelings</strong>. Investigate their origin. The feeling likely stems from one of these 3 categories: Pet Peeves, Trigger or past Trauma, Conditioning</p><p><strong>12:10 WORK with the feeling. </strong>Process/forgive/accept Pet Peeves. Heal/love/release Triggers. Three-quarters of self-development book readers are women (average self-help product consumer is a woman in her forties).
