God is the opposite of confusion which is - The opposite of confusion is certainty and order which brings peace. How do we combat confusion:

1. When confused understand it's not from God.

2. Accept where you are right now.

3. Take a deep breath. (I don't know what to do and that's ok)

4. Focus on what you know.

5. Be patient.
