EP: 5 What I Learned From My Saturn Return

In this solo episode I share about my Saturn Return experience as a Saturn in Aquarius native. In my reflection process I traveled back in time to the previous three Saturn squares at ages 7, 14, and 22. It was interesting to track my perception of myself as I was being shaped by external conditioning, and then the turning point of unraveling all of it and cultivating my own sense of autonomy. I talk about themes like perfectionism, self-criticism, loneliness, belonging, psychedelics, depathologizing depression, devotion, and more. I energetically "pass the baton" off to Saturn in Pisces natives and offer questions to lean into while Saturn-returning.

Christophe Haskell is a lover of the ocean, mentor and wilderness guide — and my beloved partner of four years now. His passion is the re-wilding of the human psyche. He has been leading young men in rites of passage journeys since 2018. He holds an MA in East-West Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies. He has completed completed a 7-month Somatic Ecopsychology and Wilderness Quest Apprenticeship with Wilderness Reflections, and a year long healer training in Daoist Light Qi Gong. He’s a Leo Rising, Sagittarius Moon, and 8th house Aries Sun.
