I used to believe that i didn't need any emotional supports from my family members, it turned out that i was blinding myself with vague imaginations

Apart from that, i was pretending im all good but im not in real life

SO this home trip, refreshed me mentally and physically,

In this year, i am gong to prioritise my family more than ever

I am finally back after couple of weeks facing identity crisis

Being a people pleaser in my entire life could be challenging since i am always compromising my own willingness

A series of incidents triggered a deep understanding of myself

As i navigate my own journey, i sort of explored the psychological and emotional factors that contribute to the development of people pleasing tendencies which is my childhood trauma.

In some cases, parents aren’t aware of being toxic parents since they are mimicking the same pattern of their parents.

it took me a while to digest the entire experience,

yet as lucky as i was surrounded by people watering me with their love and care, i was able to erase the darkness

i know there are numerous sad cases all over the world appearing brutally

let's spread love and support for those who are suffering from bullying

let's be compassion, forgivable and resilient
