This week, we take a stroll through the orchard of history, and pluck up some weird old fruit in hopes that contemporary appetites are ready for a little exotic flavour. Put aside your squeamishness however - weevil larvae are nothing if not good, honest protein, and there's very little you can't (slightly) improve by putting it in a jelly.
