Nicola recommends a podcast form the makers of Serial - the original true crime podcast. This one's call The Retrivals and is about some seriously messed up medical treatment some women in the states suffered.

Finally we mention Britney Spear's upcoming, much anticipated memoir and how one revelation to be revealed already was that she had an abortion when she was going out with Justin Timberlake.

Kelly's recording equipment took a bad turn before this recording so apologies about the poor quality we were under huge time pressure - all will be back to normal next week.

Our Fox is of course Tina Turner (RIP) who overcame major challenges in her life to succeed.

Nic's last follows for a while are all about bringing you some mindless joy @animalsbeingbros on insta and @culturetutor for some cool building design stuff.

Finally, we air the devastating news that (once again) ABBA will not be reforming for next's year's Eurovision. Still sad even though we knew it was never gonna happen (unlike Oasis).
