Hi and welcome to Asking For A Friend, the podcast that combines pop culture news with coaching impulses, I’m your host, Elena, and I am a self-discovery and mindset coach and the founder of inner space coaching.

Asking For A Friend is the space I would’ve needed at the start of my healing journey. The never ending sleepover that we wish we still had on the regular. Including celebrity gossip, our latest obsessions, tools to uplevel your life and of course the deep talk that usually happens when the lights are out.

It’s the space where we ask AND answer the questions you’re sometimes too afraid to ask yourself.

Like: why is everyone better at life than me? Should I break up with that one friend? Should I be a digital nomad? And how the hell do I stop sabotaging myself?

Together with my guests we will dive deep into the things that keep us up all night, share the embarrassing stories and the big wins. And hopefully make you say “OMG it’s not just me!”.

It’s gonna get deep, it’s gonna get personal, but most of all it’s gonna be fun.
