此前，围绕丁薛祥的所谓“负面传闻”有二。一是被指为去年底猝然“离世”的时任海关总署署长、当届中央委员俞建华的“靠山”。相关报道文章中说俞建华在江泽民和胡锦涛时期并没有飞黄腾达，他仕途真正起飞是习近平上台之后。中央委员这些人都是习身边的人推荐上来的，然后习再一个一个把关确定人选。而俞建华能上位，与同是江苏人的政治局常委丁薛祥有关系，海关总署的项目每年输送巨大利益到与丁有关的人员手上。

笔者对此说法当然很感兴趣，但在网上查来查去，证明俞建华和丁薛祥关系“不一般”的依据似乎只有籍贯相同，而且也只是同省，不像人家彭丽媛和马兴瑞，一说起祖籍都是山东郓城。

文中说：“其中的陈绍基的腐败既涉及女人，又涉及巨额财物。在陈绍基长达17年的犯罪生涯中，他的儿子陈子翊和他的情人李泳作为受贿的共同犯罪人牵涉其中。”

2010年7月23日陈绍基被一审判处死刑缓期两年执行。两个月后，李泳在同一个法庭上被判处有期徒刑3年。之所以被从轻量刑，是因为此前没等陈绍基把她供出来，她本人就主动到广州市警察局投案自首去了。

]]> 我们本专栏的上篇文章已经介绍了前广东省政协主席陈绍基落马后，墙内权威党媒，人民日报社旗下的环球网适时刊登了《揭秘陈绍基情妇 美女主播粤剧名伶共侍一人》一文。同样是人民日报的子刊《 人民文摘 》也不甘落后，接着刊登了《落马高官和他的亲人们》一文。文章介绍包括文强、陈绍基在内的“一批在2010年内被治罪的前高官们和自己的妻子、儿女、兄弟姐妹或情人一道落入法网或同台受审。为了追逐金钱和美女，他们在失去了官位、党籍和公职的同时，也失去了幸福、自由甚至生命。需要特别说明的是，他们在接受刑罚的同时，还领受了‘没收全部财产’的附加刑。这意味着，他们已经一无所有。”

文中说：“其中的陈绍基的腐败既涉及女人，又涉及巨额财物。在陈绍基长达17年的犯罪生涯中，他的儿子陈子翊和他的情人李泳作为受贿的共同犯罪人牵涉其中。”

2010年7月23日陈绍基被一审判处死刑缓期两年执行。两个月后，李泳在同一个法庭上被判处有期徒刑3年。之所以被从轻量刑，是因为此前没等陈绍基把她供出来，她本人就主动到广州市警察局投案自首去了。

2018年1月贵州省政协换届时，已经年过65岁的王富玉把省政协主席职务交棒给了时任贵州省委常委兼组织部长刘晓凯。3年之后的2021年02月21日，中纪委网站发布王富玉因涉嫌严重违纪违法正在接受审查调查的消息。当年8月16日，中纪委国家监委网站发布开除王富玉党籍和将其涉嫌犯罪问题移送检察机关依法审查起诉的消息。

中纪委通报中说他王富玉严重违反党的政治纪律、组织纪律、廉洁纪律和生活纪律，构成严重职务违法并涉嫌犯罪，且在党的十八大后不收敛不收手，甚至党的十九大后仍不知止，性质严重，影响恶劣。其违纪违法的罪行主要有：违规收受礼品礼金，多次接受私营企业主安排打高尔夫球、乘坐私人飞机；在组织人事方面违规为他人谋利，通过民间借贷获取大额回报；生活奢靡腐化，道德沦丧，家风败坏；利用职务便利和影响力在工程承揽、土地开发、企业经营等方面为他人谋利，并非法收受巨额财物，直至退休后仍大肆收钱敛财。

今年四月被中纪委宣布开除韩勇党籍、公职的通报中说他“丧失理想信念，背离初心使命，政治意识淡漠，不敢担当斗争……”，应该就是指他韩勇上任新疆兵团一把手职务后在“反恐”问题上的“无所作为”。

]]> 我们本专栏的上篇文章《大贪官韩勇可能是唯一不欠新疆少数民族血债的兵团一把手》中，介绍了前中共中央政治局委员兼新疆自治区委书记张春贤于2015年4月安排韩勇接替车俊由自治区党委副书记兼任的兵团一把手的用意，就是要让他在此职务上等待在2017年10月召开的十九大“当选“中央委员。可惜事与愿违！个中原因应该是当时在新疆自治区委和兵团机关里盛传的车俊以中央新疆工作协调小组成员身份向上反映了韩勇到兵团工作后不把反恐当”主业“。

今年四月被中纪委宣布开除韩勇党籍、公职的通报中说他“丧失理想信念，背离初心使命，政治意识淡漠，不敢担当斗争……”，应该就是指他韩勇上任新疆兵团一把手职务后在“反恐”问题上的“无所作为”。
