I'm SO excited to drop this episode today because this simpe habit I've started has CHANGED MA LIFE, Y'ALL! If you’ve ever reached the end of the day and wondered “Where the hell did my time go?” this episode is going to change your life. We’re diving into the magic of hourly time logging, the simple, eye-opening habit that shows you exactly how you’re spending your days so you can take your power back. I break down how tracking your time hour by hour reveals your hidden energy leaks, your productivity sweet spots, and the places you’re unintentionally self-sabotaging. If you’re a busy mum, a business owner, or someone constantly feeling behind, this tool will give you clarity, control, and a deep sense of calm. It’s like giving your brain a reset button.

I'm very aware of the Parkinson Rule, that a task will take up the amount of time you give it, and so just a few months into my girls being at school I've gone from feeling liberated to just as busy as I was before. Nah. That's not for me. Something had to change.

We're going to explore how time logging becomes a manifesting tool. Instead of living reactively, you begin designing your week with intention, choosing who gets your time, where your energy goes and what truly matters. This episode is packed with practical tips, real-life examples, and the mindset shifts that make this habit stick. If you want more productivity, more peace, and more time for the things that actually light you up, you’re going to love this one.

How to do it. Starting at the beginning of your work day, begin logging on a notebook or the notes section of your phone the hour. So for me I start at 9;30am and the first section will be 9:30 - 10:30. Then as you go about your tasks list everything you do within that hour time block.

If you scroll on social media for 10 minutes, list it. If you reply to a couple of emails, list it. It all goes on!

Now, as always, I think the magic is in sharing it. I've been sharing mine with those I work with and that gives extra motivation. Could you share your time logging with a colleague, partner or a friend who is also struggling with their time management?

See how much you can get done when you are doing this. It will astound you! If you want to take this further and feel less overwhelmed in your home life too, you can begin to log your hours outside of work too. Now, the goal isn't to log every single hour of your life forevs, but it IS very illuminating and freeing. Since doing this I've been on top of my work, on top of my housework and more present with my children. Win, win, win! Let me know how you get on with it.

This week we’re talking about living your future, dream life right now, Wintering, snow days, and… my 2026 surgery goals (yes, the tits are coming).

But the heart of this episode comes from an amazing question I was asked by a woman in the audience at my Birmingham event:

“When you’re stuck between two decisions and you can’t choose… what do you do?”

Because this kind of stuckness, deliberating, debating, thinking in circles energy? It is a HUGE energy leak & we’ve all been there.

Do I stay in this job or leave?

Do I move city or stay put?

Is this relationship right?

What is the “right” next chapter?

That stuck energy can absolutely paralyse you.

THE TWO-PART SOLUTION

PART ONE: Bring the focus back to YOU

When you don’t know the big answer yet, redirect the energy.

You might not know:

• Where you want to live…
• but you know you want to feel healthier and more grounded.
• What your dream job is…
• but you know you want more fun, more joy, more friends, more life.
• Who your future husband is…
• but you know you want your home to feel beautiful, peaceful, organised.

So start there.

Start with what you do know.

Pour your energy into strengthening YOU instead of obsessing over the decision.

PART TWO: What do you actually want from the change?

Instead of obsessing over the label (“new job,” “new city,” “new partner”), ask:

How would my daily or weekly life actually change?

• Would you dress differently?
• Would your routine be different?
• Would you socialise in different places or with different people?
• Would you walk more?
• Go to the gym?
• Work around others instead of alone?
• Say yes to more invitations?

And then ask the golden question:

What elements of that dream life can I have RIGHT NOW, where I am?

THE TWO RESULTS

1️⃣ You start LIVING your future life now which attracts more of it

You can’t manifest a joyful, full, creative, connected, healthy life while living like a drained shell of yourself waiting for a sign.

Manifestation requires ACTION and (yes) a bit of delulu energy.

2️⃣ You realise you can experience so many parts of your dream life in your CURRENT reality

Suddenly the “big decision” matters less.

Because you’re already building a life that feels good now.

Live the life you want before it arrives - and you’ll be shocked at how fast it finds you.
