There's nothing wrong with introversion. You don't have to be anything 'more' than you are. You just need to find your way in the world, or to discover how to bend the world so that it fits inside your comfort zone.


Even if you need to promote yourself, network or 'put yourself out there', because your livelihood requires this, there are ways of doing this that don't feel like you're in the middle of a nightmare.

How to promote and talk about your business without revealing any more of your personal self than you're comfortable with
