Commuter rail has experienced a vast culture shock, where the shorthand of life has suddenly become unrecognisable. Throughout 2023 Trenitalia UK trialed a proof of concept scheme called Futuro, which took a subset of potential future leaders, gave them problem solving frameworks and left them to propose solutions.
