And what a grand opening it is as he welcomes culinary legends Mary Berry and Rick Stein through his doors to share their pub tales in front of an audience at Pub In The Park in Marlow. Among the many revelations, their preferred method for cleaning out crumbs from the bottom of a crisp packet, how Rick fell into a hedge surrounded by chickens after his first ever pint, what Mary used to drink to impress the rugby boys in her youth, and how both have a mutual love of the much-maligned 70s eatery, Berni Inn. Simon also introduces the concept of British Tapas, and we find out who wins the inaugural match of our celebrity darts tournament.
