In this episode of the Angel Mystic Podcast, I explore the truth about manifesting and why we are not here to chase what we want but to attract it. I share my perspective on how so many people approach manifesting from a place of lack, constantly chasing money, clients, opportunities, and validation, and why that energy often leads to exhaustion and disappointment. I talk about the shift from chasing to attracting and what it really means to be in energetic alignment. I also share one of my favourite affirmations and how embodying the version of yourself who already has what you desire is the key to manifesting with ease.

Welcome to the Angel Mystic Podcast. In this episode, I’m talking directly to spiritual, intuitive women who feel like their income goes up and down no matter how gifted, heart-led, or devoted they are to their work. I want to start by saying something that might be exactly what you need to hear. There is nothing wrong with you. The real reason is far simpler and far more compassionate. Spiritual women were never taught how to build something sustainable.

I talk about the hidden reasons spiritual women undercharge, overgive, and end up resenting businesses they once loved. I also share why “pay what you want” models often create instability rather than abundance, and how charging properly is not greed, but a foundation for service, stability, and impact.

Toward the end of the episode, I invite you into a simple self-reflection exercise to help you identify where inconsistency is really coming from, without judgement or shame. Archetypes are the universal patterns of behaviour that live within us—our hero, our victim, our saboteur, our inner child, and so many more. They each carry a light and a shadow, and when we are unaware of them, the shadow side can quietly run the show, keeping us stuck in cycles of blame, self-doubt, procrastination, or fear.

I share my personal experiences with these archetypes, including how the victim and the saboteur have shown up in my own life, and how awareness has been the key to loosening their grip. I also guide you through an exercise to identify what part of you feels scared of moving forward and what it’s trying to protect you from, because this awareness is your doorway into empowerment.

In this episode, I dive into what a healing journey really looks like. So many people are led to believe that healing is a straight line from pain to peace, but the truth is far more complex and far more beautiful. I share my own experiences with healing, especially around money, trust, and the patterns that have resurfaced throughout my life. I talk about how healing isn’t about reaching perfection but about re-remembering our wholeness and learning to approach ourselves with compassion when old wounds come up again.

Together, we explore the messy, emotional, and spiralling nature of healing, where one step forward can sometimes be followed by three steps back, and then suddenly a leap forward that changes everything. I also share the signs that show you’re healing, like pausing before reacting, forgiving yourself more easily, and recovering quicker from setbacks. And because none of us are meant to do this alone, I remind you about the support we all have from our Angels, guides, communities, and mentors.

Towards the end, I pull cards for the week ahead and share the Angelic guidance for September 29th to October 5th, bringing messages of love, joy, focus, and truth. This episode is here to remind you that healing doesn’t mean you’re broken, it means you’re brave enough to keep showing up for yourself.

I talk about how my money story began in childhood, with the beliefs I created about wealth and happiness, and how those beliefs shaped my reality as an adult. From growing up with a lavish lifestyle to later manifesting scarcity because of the stories I told myself, I explain how I came to understand that money beliefs are powerful and often hidden in our subconscious.

I share the pivotal moment when I realised I had to do the inner work around money, not just the surface-level practices, and how that shifted everything for me. I discuss how money is flow, how the Universe is abundant, and why it is so important to challenge the beliefs we inherited and replace them with ones that truly serve us.

Giving Yourself Permission & Angelic Insights 28th July - 3rd August

In this deeply personal and inspiring episode, I open up about the challenges I’ve faced in 2025 and the powerful lessons that have emerged from them. Despite the chaos, I’ve still manifested some incredible things—like a new home and a new car—which proves that miracles don’t stop just because life gets hard. But amidst all of it, I realized I wasn’t giving myself enough. My anxiety and panic attacks were loud signals that something needed to shift.

So, I gave myself permission—to rest, to heal, to regulate my nervous system. And that act of self-compassion made me reflect on how often we wait for someone else to tell us it’s okay to want more, to rest, to dream big. But the truth is, you are the one you've been waiting for.

In this episode, I talk about the transformational power of granting yourself permission. Whether it’s to dream bigger, slow down, charge more, say no, or simply take a holiday—giving yourself that green light can completely shift your energy and bring you back into alignment with your truth. This episode took a very different turn than I originally planned. I sat down, ready to record something entirely different, but I felt called to speak from my heart. When I recorded this podcast, it was four years since my dad passed away and returned home to Spirit. It felt important to honour that, and to share how I navigate grief and loss through the lens of my spiritual beliefs.

In this episode, I break down the two main types of journaling I use: healing journaling, where I process what’s going on beneath the surface, and creative journaling, which is all about aligning with my desires and manifesting my dream life.
