In 2020, Optiv tragically passed away leaving behind his two sons. News of his sudden death swept throughout the global scene. Together the duo forged their own sound and caught the attention of some of the scenes biggest labels. After the tragic passing of Jonny Cern, in 2008, Olly continued on with Cern, making the move to London and working his way through the UK ranks. All the while, the spirit and memory of his best friend and production partner was one of his major motivations.
