In other words, your mind wakes up while your body is still asleep, leaving your unable to move. I felt the sensation that I couldn’t breath and that someone was pushing on my chest or grabbing my heart. However, 99% of the time, it’s just me being conscious in my body which is incapable of movement. So, what do you do if you’re stuck in this state of sleep paralysis?
