Headlining this year is the brilliant Tom Brown, a seafood evangelist, a regular on the likes of Great British Menu and Saturday Kitchen, and currently the creative force behind Pearly Queen in London's Shoreditch.

And...the old Londonderry Arms Hotel in Carnlough, has a brand new lease of life and a new name. It's now called the Harbourview Hotel and it's being transformed to the tune of £1.5 million by a consortium including one of our most experienced hoteliers, Adrian McLaughlin.
