The Trenton Golden Hawks are out in Calgary competing for the Centennial Cup, the National Junior A Championship! We checked in with Bob so he could tell us a bit more about the incredible Viewing Parties they've been hosting at the Duncan McDonald Memorial Community Gardens. Bring your toonie and your Food Bank donation and be there on Saturday May 17th beginning at 8:30PM to cheer on the GHawks in the Semifinals!

Bellevegas 7 - with The Power Connection Rock Horn Band

Shaer Productions, the producers of the Bellevegas Concert Series, are pleased to announce their upcoming Bellevegas 7 concert, a celebration of the music of Chicago, Lighthouse, Blood Sweat & Tears, Steely Dan, and Tower of Power.

The Bellevegas concert series started in 2014 as a partnership between Shaer Productions and the Quinte Arts Council as both a fundraiser for the arts council and a way to showcase local talent.

Bellevegas 1 through 6 and the Shaer Productions original musical, The Summer of 67’, have raised tens of thousands of dollars for a variety of local organizations including food banks, homeless shelters and the Quinte Arts Council. This year’s recipients will be The Grace Inn and Three Oaks shelters.

Bellevegas 7 will feature a truly incredible 16-member band, The Power Connection, consisting of some of the best musicians and vocalists in the region.

The line-up for this concert includes:

Andy Coffin-Trumpet, Bobby Rice-Trumpet, Dan Douglas-Trombone
