This webinar presents a condensed version of a Safeguarding in Schools session that David Smellie presented earlier in the year.

David Smellie is consistently rated one of the top employment and safeguarding lawyers in the UK. He heads up the Safeguarding Unit at Farrer & Co.
David advises leading independent schools and focuses on issues relating to staff, pupils and parents – from sensitive dismissals to pupil exclusions and parental complaints.
In this episode David reviews historical safeguarding cases and discusses what might be learnt to avoid similar situations in the future.
