In every small town, fleaBITE meets a new insect musician desperate to kick-start their career before their life cycle runs out. Across 13 episodes, listeners meet 13 wonderfully eccentric bugs, each with their own personality, quirks, and instrument of choice.


Along the way, kids get a fresh look at species we often fear or squirm at. Are dust mites eating skin flakes really so different from us eating cornflakes? And have cicadas been perfecting percussion for millions of years?
