			<description><![CDATA[<p><strong>Episode 6 - What Am I Afraid to Change?</strong></p><br><p><em>When Knowing What You Want Isn’t Enough</em></p><br><p>Knowing what you want is one thing. Having the courage to move towards it is something else entirely.</p><br><p>In Day 6 of Inuka, we explore the fear that often appears when we begin to imagine a different life — and why fear doesn’t always sound like fear. Sometimes it sounds like responsibility, practicality, timing, security or simply being “realistic.”</p><br><p>Drawing from my own decision to step away from a career of more than twenty years, I reflect on the uncertainty of leaving behind a familiar income, professional identity, routine and status to pursue a life that feels more purposeful. I also share the vulnerability of starting Inuka itself — creating something imperfect, speaking openly about a deeply personal journey and choosing to share it before knowing where that journey will lead.</p><br><p>But this episode isn’t about recklessly abandoning the life you’ve built.</p><br><p>It’s about learning to distinguish genuine responsibility from the fear that keeps telling you to stay exactly where you are.</p><br><p>And perhaps most importantly, it asks us to reconsider failure altogether.</p><br><p>For me, the greater fear is no longer failure.</p><br><p><strong>It’s regret.</strong></p><br><p>Because trying, learning, changing direction and even having to start again are things I can live with.
