We meet Betelhem and Yasmin*, who were just 23 and 10 years old, respectively, when they were sent to Australia's offshore processing centre on Nauru. Through their stories, we hear what it was like to arrive on the island, survive years of detention and uncertainty, and rebuild their lives while continuing to live with the lasting impacts of offshore detention.
