Every episode gets into the messy middle of the writing life: drafting in stolen pockets of time, surviving rejection, dissecting what we understand about how publishing works, building routines that survive real life (kids, day jobs, chaos included), and figuring out if your idea (or your query letter, or your third act, or your characters, or your denouement) actually works. No formulas. No "just write every day at 5am." Just two working writers talking honestly about craft, publishing, and the identity crisis of calling yourself a writer before you’ve ever published a book.

If you're an aspiring author, a fantasy or YA writer, or anywhere between "finished draft" and "published book," The Unpub Club is for you. This is a community for unpublished (for now) writers who are done pretending they have it all figured out - because you're allowed to be both unpublished and a real writer.

What's the part of your writing journey nobody else seems to get? Tell us, and we might cover it on the show!
