With the current statistics shown, the accountant-population ratio in Malaysia is of 1:871, as compared to Australia 1:119, Singapore 1:184, New Zealand 1:136, Hong Kong 1:195. This indicates that an accountant in Malaysia would need to serve more public demand as compared to other countries. What are the reasons then?
