Last we met, Shady Creek’s famous Crabapple Harvest Festival’s first day went off with a bang. The entire town came out to partake in the festivities including the athletic Sly Fox Willow Khon, the wild child Soundrel Jimmy Breach, the charismatic Secret Supplier Caleb Mattentok, and the courageous Domino, Juke Baldwin. The Festival began as a fun summer day with friends and quickly descended into a fight for their lives with every townsperson turning rabid after ingesting a new variety of crabapple that premiered at the festival. 


Surviving the day with the help of the mysterious Vidalia Shady, the descendent of the town's founder, and Mr. Willock, the owner of a shop in the mall. Our teenagers were able to walk out of this encounter with their lives, but not without each one of them receiving a scar that will haunt them forever.

We continue the longest session 0 in history with part 6 of what was supposed to be a one-shot for our players to learn the mechanics and build the lore of the board game from hell, The Red Bridge. In this infinite possibility timeline, where Willow, Caleb, Jimmy, and Juke are seniors in High School, they realize that the real world and the game are bleeding into one another with disastrous effects. Two by two, Caleb and Juke enter the game while being stalked by a mysterious shadowy figure, and Jimmy and Willow are guided by a sentient twig named Terry Twigs to enter the game as well. We learn that our teenagers are keeping secrets and they are running out of time as Ivaria seems to be collapsing on its own timeline.

Welcome to The Red Bridge, a Kids on Bikes campaign where characters play custom tropes and scenarios in both the 'real-world' of Shady Creek Missouri, and a homebrew world called Ivaria. The Red Bridge is a game within a game where players can traverse their real teenage problems in 1990's Midwest America and find themselves in even more trouble in a magical world of imagination held within the confines of a board game called The Red Bridge.
