I Just Want to Help People

I just want to help people. That was my driving force until I had to face why I wanted to help people. Although we have good intentions, sometimes what drives us doesn't come from a pretty place. Finding Myself within Community

I realized that I've done a lot of private introspection. I've continuously and relentlessly asked myself the hard questions to learn, grow, and develop. What I need today, is to allow myself the ability to BE while in community. In this episode I talk about learning to be strong within myself while also being vulnerable with others.

Awkward Healing Phases

Sometimes the answer seems so simple. Just leave, they're toxic, move on..... but life is not that simple. Have you ever experienced the fear of overcoming? The fear that you may never have the opportunity to conquer that fear. Can I live with the idea of running away, when the chance to crush it is sitting right in front of me?
