Islah has successfully produced and directed content on Youtube All which transitioned onto both Television & screening in Cinema. After the award winning success of the ‘Corner Shop’ series, he launched his online entertainment platform ‘The Corner Shop Network’, to champion positive ethnic representation.

We discuss his success and where it all began, goals for the future and the true hardships he has faced in the industry. Islah shares great advice for anyone thinking of getting into acting or directing and dives in deep to the purpose behind his work.

STAR.ONE - a producer duo, specifically brothers! Started music together in 2011. Their genre of music is heavily influenced by UK Garage, House, Dancehall, Grime & Afrobeats. They don’t define their sound specifically, they have fun with a range of these genres. They have worked with the likes of The Streets, Craig David, Unknown T, Ghetts, and most recently Ed Sheeran. Within the last year they have been building a following on Tiktok, producing remixes of people's favourite songs with their garage house flavour. . These guys are the ones to look up to when it comes to consistency, creativity and resilience in the music industry.
