Dara Connolly practiced Tae Kwon Do for 15.5 years and held a Blackbelt. She even taught martial arts and self-defense classes.

Yet, when it came to the business world, she felt frustrated and unheard.

After the company she worked for fired her for taking time off to recover from pneumonia, even though she was a top salesperson for them, she channeled her frustration into starting a movement out of her garage to help women in her neighborhood be seen, be heard, and be respected.

Roman interned with the Secret Service and held a top-secret government clearance. He was forced to become a self-taught digital marketer as a result of the 2008 recession and fell in love with it. Roman has 11 years of experience leading digital teams in senior leadership roles on over 600 campaigns across many industries. He founded Nova Zora Digital in 2012. Becoming an Impactful Parent

Kristina Campos lives in Colorado and has four children of school age. She has been an educator for over 20 years, working with all grade levels, preschool through 12th grade. Kristina graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 1999 and received her master’s degree from the University of Denver in 2019. After many years of teaching, Kristina saw a need to help children from the source- THE HOME!

With great enthusiasm, Kristina quit her teaching job and founded the organization The Impactful Parent. Now, Kristina helps parents of school-aged children by providing parenting tips, resources, and community to those who follow her. When Kristina is not with her friends and family, she volunteers as a Board of Trustee for two different local Colorado schools. Kristina has a passion for children and a strong devotion to serving parents and their school-age children. She continues to stay active in the schools by substitute teaching whenever her schedule allows.

Faith Over Fear

A devoted wife to her college sweetheart and mother of three children, Amanda Torma’s life was going great with her family, a brand-new home and a business handed down from her parents.

Life took a turn for the worse when her husband, Mike’s health started to fail. Everything crumbled around them—they lost their home, and with $1.7 million in medical bills, they were forced to file for bankruptcy. When they hit rock bottom, they turned to their faith to conjure up the strength to rebuild again.

Things didn’t get better overnight, though. Amanda became the breadwinner of the family as well as the caregiver to her husband, as he needed to quit his job to recover from his medical issues. She did not let that stop her from success. She is now a personal development advocate and one of the top agents in her company, which allows her to be a servant and a mentor to many, showing them how to be blessed in every situation. An avid reader, the mottos she instills in her life are, “Faith Over Fear,” and “Never Give Up.”

After a tragic car accident left Michelle Kuei permanently disabled at the age of 11, she suffered years of depression and not wanting to be seen. An American immigrant, the idea of loving herself felt foreign to her. She played small for most of her life, until one day, she developed the desire to get out of her depressed state and decided to climb Machu Pitchu. That hike was the beginning of a major transformation for Michelle. She was tired of feeling unseen and unheard.

Now, she is a Keynote Speaker and Confidence and Leadership Coach who speaks worldwide, inspiring others to use their shoes to help them get to where they want to go in the world. To dream bigger. To achieve their goals. Michelle is also the author of “Perfectly Normal: An Immigrant’s Story of Making It in America,” and the founder of Elevate Life Coaching.

A Powerful Journey of Transforming from Abuse to Advocate with Sarah Earhart

Sarah Earhart is a teacher, social worker and life-long pursuer of healing and the truth.

Sarah grew up in Wyoming and Pennsylvania by evangelical, religiously conservative parents who opposed public school. She never attended school as a child and spent 19 isolated years and care taking for foster children.

Reading was her safe haven. She stepped foot into a classroom at age 19. After that, pursuing learning and educating the underprivileged became her life’s passion. She graduated top of her class, Summa Cum Laude from the University of Houston, and has gone on to travel and teach around the world. Currently, she is an avid truth-teller, public speaker, and writer, willing to talk about the uncomfortable in order to advocate against family violence.
