In this episode Leslie and Sheri invite Linda Hunter to the table. Now this is a cool human! Linda shares her ideas around getting over your fears, and living your truth. Linda feels she doesn't need to tell others how to do it, but rather guides them through modelling. When asked about living in black and white or the greys and off-whites, Linda confirms that she can't recall there being any black and white in her life even though she has been around a while!! This is a good one! Settle in as these ladies go all over the map but the content is SOOO GOOD!

Aligning with your values... wow this is a hard one! Leslie talks about how she has been challenged to do this at times and needs to remember what to focus on. The ladies talk about the fact that we don't really ponder what is important to us in life. Sometimes we have beliefs that are inhibiting us to live our values. That said, we really need to give ourselves and others some grace. We also need to realize that acceptance of this, also means letting go! BUT, you have to trust to let go and this can get us hung up sometimes. If you too are struggling to figure all this out, you will love this episode!

Leslie and Sheri invited LoriAnn Bird to be their first special guest to their show. Leslie has known LoriAnn for years but this was Sheri's first meeting.
