Last year on a different podcast Angela and myself watched Fantastic Four from 2005. Although we've since shifted gears to being indie comics focused we decided to do an episode on Fantastic Four: Rise Of The Silver Surfer earlier in the year, so now to finish up our Fantastic Four rewatch we're taking on 2015's Fantastic Four (or Fan4stic, whatever you'd prefer to call it).

I won't give too much away, but at this point this is the longest podcast episode we've done. So, if you'd like to hear two people relive a film most people haven't even seen once, this is definitely for you.

Little Bird was one of Will and Zach's favourite books of 2019, and somehow they hadn't found a reason to talk about it before, so here it is!

Little Bird was a five issue series published by Image Comics with a really great creative team, consisting of: Director/screenwriter Darcy Van Poelgeest, artist Ian Bertram, colourist Matt Hollingworth, letterer Aditya Bidikar and designer Ben Didier.

The series tells the story of Little Bird a young resistance fighter battling against the oppressive American Empire on a mission her mother set. for her: Free The Axe, Save The People, Free The North, Save The World. As Little Bird works to complete this mission and bring down the American Empire she learns more about herself, her family and tries to find her place in a world on fire.

There's also a little bit of comic book news to kick us off.

With that in mind Matt was quite insistent that we should take a look back on Valiant's 2018 web series Ninjak Vs. The Valiant Universe.

It's the first time, and some a lot of characters, the only time to date that we've seen a live action adaptation of some of Valiant's best known characters. While Angela and Zach had both watched the series when it was first released, this was all new to Matt and Will. So tune in to see how we all felt about the series in this collaborative, first impression/rewatch.
