Hey there fellow game trees and bloody leaves. This isn't a *real* episode as much as a signpost for the latest YouTube video. We'll be back with full episodes once this heat wave dies down and we can record.

For now - there's a video of how we painted a gold-faced Skelecron. This was an idea for a Necron warrior conversion. I'm happy with the result, but, didn't go quite where I was expecting.

I wanted to avoid the grimdark dusty grime and juicy tropes while still maintaining a look that was threatiningly alien. I reused a "Doom 2016 Mars" style trench base, along with a cheap trick for the gear and a UR025 Men of Iron style under armour.

The video goes through each layer of paint grouping stages together into traditional YouTube chapters.

I have a few more Necron ideas to try out before I go full "March of the Dammed" with the Indomitus and Imperium collections. If any of this sounds good; open that YouTube link in the description so you can watch the video or save it for later.
