She spent over 20 years working in Media at start-ups and large corporations before qualifying as a therapist. Full Beam is on a mission to make workplaces more empathetic places with better communication, increased support and reduced stress through a series of programs and workshops. She also developed the workshop Menstrual Cycle to Work which aims to reduce the stigma of discussing Menstrual Health in the workplace through education and support. Her work centres around authentic storytelling, creating spaces of belonging, mental health &amp; well-being, self-empowerment, culture change and workplace advocacy. Simply put, she is trying to change the world for the better.&nbsp;</p><br><p>In April 2023 she founded ‘It Takes A Village Collective’ - a global hub for Black women in advertising, media, marketing and comms whose mission is to ensure that 1 in 5 people in adland will be a Black woman by 2028. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>Mpower is an inclusion group within Bloom that help members better understand and deal with the challenges of perimenopause, menopause and midlife and to push for better representation and support within the industry.</p><br><p>In this episode, our host Samantha Frankel, Bloom member and founder of Mpower, is joined by two brilliant guests: Dr. Stephanie Goodwin, a menopause specialist and GP who is committed to giving women the most up-to-date and accurate information about menopause and HRT to help them to make informed choices as they navigate this stage;&nbsp;and Landy Slattery, Creative Director of All4, Channel 4’s on-demand platform and co-chair of 4women, the gender equality network at Channel4. 4women was the driving force behind the introduction of a workplace menopause policy at the channel, the first of its kind in the media industry.</p><br><p>In a lively and open conversation, our guests talk candidly about their own experiences of this natural stage of every woman’s life, both at home and at work, and consider the urgent need to reframe our attitudes towards ageing and menopause, breaking the taboo that surrounds this to reduce the negative impact it has on women’s lives and careers.
