You may be suffering from it now, do you know anyone who is going through a mental breakdown, you don’t know how to help? Powerless? Stuck? A bystander. 1 in 4 of us will experience a mental illness in our lifetime but what about those around them? Their partners? Their children? What impact does mental illness have on relationships? The bonds with have with each other?  These illnesses needn’t be an end, they could be the beginning so it’s important to communicate our thoughts and feelings and with this podcast, we hope to lift the lid on one of the last taboos, what goes on behind the smiles put on for the world. In these podcasts, we will hear people’s first-hand experience of living with someone with mental illness followed by a discussion that arises from it.
