We live like everything we see, touch, hear, feel, taste etc (the senses) are the only things that are real...... This only represents 4% of the Universe. 96% is the animating force so we've been 'conditioned' to only see the 4%! Wake up lovely one, there is another world out there entirely..... This show, by far, is the deepest dive down the existential rabbit hole that I've ever taken and it's a follow on from the previous show entitled, When life throws a curve ball....

I have been very quiet for the last 5 months or so and with so much intensity and introspection, the truths about who we are and who we are NOT are being revealed in ways I never saw coming. To think that my personality, experiences, beliefs, values, ideas and labels, is who I am is the BIGGEST JOKE and the greatest illusion of all time!!

It's been said that when God wanted to hide the truth, he put it in the place we were least likely to look (the answer to this riddle is 'inside ourselves') and for the first time in 55 years, I have front row seats to the greatest show on earth!! The expression of my own TRUE nature!! Not my personality and the shizzle that comes with that.... The truth about who I am, who you are, what we are and the answer to every question ever asked.... Has all been revealed and guess what? It's within you right now and it's not a secret.... There are no codes, there are techniques, strategies or guru's you have to follow..... It's all in YOU..... We just didn't know HOW to look.....

The beginning of my healing journey began....

After delivering Mindset Mastery a few weeks ago I thought I'd share some insights about suffering and how we play our part in the ongoing 'story' of why we are different to everyone else, and why we feel it's necessary to hold onto our pains.

With a little awareness, we can begin the journey gently and find our way to inner peace and understanding because EVERY SINGLE TIME life throws us a curveball, it's purpose is to cause us to expand and become more, better, stronger and shine our light brighter. If the experiences are causing us to suffer over long periods of time where we are blaming others, feeling sorry for ourselves, seeking attention or avoiding responsibility, we've missed the magical purpose of the pain in the first place.

You can feel it, so can I, that 2023 is calling us to step up and step into our FULLEST SELF EXPRESSION but most of us don't even know who we are... So how can we be fully self expressed? And, after last year, most of us are so darn exhausted that to TRY to be more, or do more.... Well, that's just a recipe for disaster and burnout!!

Standing outside today, I said out loud "there has got to be more to life that THIS" and immediately I responded with "This? What is THIS? And how are you responsible for how THIS unfolds? What is your role in THIS?"

Well, slap me in the face and blow me over with a feather, but I had an epiphany I just had to share with you. IT'S MY LIFE......YOUR LIFE.... and we are at the centre of everything that happens in our lives! This means some how, some way... We have a say!!
