The Disney movie Blank Check is a fun '90s movie about a boy who gets $1 million. At least, that's what we thought watching the movie as kids. 30 years later, Chris Hayner and AEW's Serpentico look back at the movie, and they find out that it's a bit horrifying. Blank Check is filled with some pretty messed up stuff.

Originally, I had a series planned for paid subscribers to my Substack called "I Read." One episode had already aired, and another was scheduled to go out. However, after my falling out with Substack, I decided to upload them onto Patreon as free content. This is the first two episodes in one podcast.

Both of these episodes are me reading aloud pieces I wrote back in 2023, shortly after being laid off. Both of these selections come from the website Fancy Boys Club, written under two different pen-names. The first is by Mat Elfring and is titled, "I'm a Casualty of Mass Layoffs."
