Archer Knits is a woman-owned, small business that started as a knitting hobby in Hillsborough, NC. Since the COVID-19 lockdowns of 2020, Archer Knits has grown from part-time work for it’s owner-operators, to now employing one full-time and three part-time employees. The path that owner Cassy Becker finds herself on now, is decidedly *not* what she’d planned.
