COVID in the House of Old presents Stories from Wikwemikong Nursing Home, a four part series that takes a deep dive into the unique place that is the Wikwemikong Nursing Home.

The fourth and final episode of this series breaks down the history of how the nursing home came to be and looks forward to the new elder lodge currently being built.

Over four episodes hosts Megan Davies and Darrel Manitowabi will guide you through interviews with residents, staff, family members, and community members. The episodes will explore: daily life in the nursing home, how Indigenous culture is worked into the home, the home's experience during COVID, and the history and future of the nursing home.
