Work Ethic | by The Real Coach D

It's a true blessing and honor to feature my father Philip Diasparra on the Crown Refs Podcast to speak about work ethic. I just dropped a new show called “Coach D’s Court” so it's only right that Pop’s show should be called “The Real Coach D” because he taught me so much about being a coach, helping others, and leading people.

In the first episode of his new reoccurring series, he preaches about work ethic and the some of the differentiators between average vs. successful people.

Here is the written version of his reading below. We hope you enjoy it!

WORK ETHIC

What is the definition of Work Ethic?

A work ethic is a set of moral principles a person uses in their j everyday life... A good work ethic fuels an individual's needs and goals, it is related to the initiative by a person for the objectives. It is considered as a source of self- respect, satisfaction, and fulfillment.

So you have to ask yourself, do you have a strong work ethic?

Have you ever accepted In your life that you might not be the smartest, or the sharpest, or fast enough, or had the best background, the most connections,

Maybe you didn’t have many of those things.

But the one thing we could control- was our work ethic. I think for the most part, gifted people struggle in life because things come easy to them, I like that things always haven’t come easy, and maybe you like that about you too. <itunes:summary>
